A WORD FROM THE COACH...

Creating Records

The CCXV are delighted to once again be guided around the paddock by Laurie Fisher.  In taking on this career enhancing role, Laurie is equalling Bob Dwyers' coaching record for the mighty CCXV.

The job ahead

G'day all - Laurie Fisher here.  Just want to say how much I am looking forward to -  and how honoured I am to be a part of the upcoming Cauliflower Club clash with the Broulee Grand Old Dolphins.  Rugby can be a great vehicle for good and Cauliflower Club exemplifies that whilst maintaining and nurturing the original traditions of the game.  I look forward to being part of the mate-ship, bonding and story telling that makes weekends like this so special.  I look forward to the team putitng its best foot forward in search of performance and victory, and I look forward to seeing old faces and new, coming together for a wonderful cause.  Polish up the boots, stretch the hammys, maybe a road run or two and prepare well to make this a memorable encounter.  Hydrate well with a fluid of your choice and see you all on August 5th.

6th August 2022 CCXV v BROULEE GRAND OLD DOLPHINS

Another action packed adventure

The mighty CCXV are back on the road, travelling to Broulee for our next game.

- Old Boys Rugby

- Junior Skills and Drills

- Wallabies

- Raffles

and a lot of fun along the way.  Come and join us.

Game Day

The big day kicks off with a Junior Skills and Drills session  before the CCXV take to the field against the Broulee Grand Old Dolphins.  Timing is being worked through currently, so check back for specific details in the next few days, but put it in your diary from midday.

Who will be there?

More details to come but we are delighted to once again be led by our Coach - Laurie Fisher.  With the 'GOD' Squad and the Lord all participating, this game should have been scheduled on a Sunday !!!!

The big question of the day is will Al Baxter don the CCXV budgies in his role on the drench gun?  That has to be worth  a detour to Broulee surely?

We also have four debutants for this game and we will share their rugby stories over the coming days, along with more information about the specifics.

Debutante Luke Tressider.
